While Astrology and Tarot are excellent tools for insight, they might not be what you need in the moment. A psychosynthesis coaching session might be more appropriate. Maybe another form of intervention.

It's a soul -centered form of coaching that combines depth psychology and transpersonal psychology to help an individual navigate through life experiences or achieve certain goals.

As a psychosynthesis life coach I use the basic coaching techniques that are used by most trained coaches within a holistic model of the soul developed by Roberto Assagioli, usually used by therapists as an add-on to their practice.

It takes into account the whole personality: the parts which a person is aware of, the ones they are not aware of and that are preventing them from achieving a desired state of being or objective and also the parts which are wanting to be noticed and accessed in their day-to-day for a more fulfilling life.

Psychosynthesis is a recognized approach used mainly as an adjunct method for therapists.

In my case as a guide, I don't use it to explore the past (although we do dip our toes in it to get information about the person), but to help the person move towards his or her future.

Psychosynthesis is based on 7 core concepts that help people work on their personality and also their relationship to their soul (true self) and its connection to the universal soul, or Self.

In my practice, I put my client and all his/her dimensions at the center of my work. I go beyond a purely cognitive approach to coaching.

This allows me to move my client beyond insight and awareness into actual change.

Over the years, my intuitive abilities have helped people find love, identify the circumstances surrounding a future relationship and even work as my testimonials demonstrate.

My use of psychological astrology as a reflection of archetypal energies has helped me shed light unto the roots of the behavioral patterns of my clients.

But I think of it more like studying trends and possibilities.

In my work, I emphasize personal development and empowerment over deterministic outlooks.

For example, there is no point in predicting you will meet someone if you are stuck in relationship patterns that are limiting or destructive. There is also no point in predicting you will land a major job, if you self-sabotage yourself or do not muster the courage to show up for the interview. Astrology and Tarot point to these issues, but they cannot resolve them.

I work with persons who may have undergone psychotherapy or are undergoing psychotherapy who are ready to take the next steps to move forward in their lives or are functional enough to be able to take action to achieve their goals.

Guidance is a conversation between two people with a purpose and an intention.

There is no advice, no diagnostic, no relationship of power.

The guide helps the client figure out their own answers.

The guide may give advice or "teach", but he/she will require the permission of the client.

Yes, but access to video recordings will be limited and only in view-only mode for privacy reasons.

Recordings will be on the cloud and destroyed automatically according to Zoom policies.

Audio recordings of some sessions may be allowed to be locally downloaded and kept by the client if they may help facilitate understanding or accomplish homeworks between sessions.

Studies show that this is the minimum time required for awareness, acceptance and access to the act of will necessary to take action.

Astrology and Tarot are just two of the many tools I use to explore the source of blockage and the potential for fulfillment.

Astrology in the context of my coaching practice can serve to illustrate the larger pattern at work in a client's life and can help gain perspective and detachment.

The Tarot can be a tool to tap into the unconscious when a client is stuck and cannot seem to access information consciously.

However, depending on what you, the client, bring into the session, I may use dream analysis, Gestalt techniques, psycho-drama, psycho-sensory techniques, guided meditations or meditations created according to spontaneous images that emerge from you, role-playing or even art.

There is no fixed plan of intervention , as the psychosynthesis model is organic and follows the person's development from one session to the next, leaving plenty of room for exploration and the mystery of discovery.

As a psychological astrologer, I aim to reveal the gifts and qualities an individual is born with, but also the fragmented parts, the lacks and potential distorsions at the personality level. The whole chart is a symbol of that which we strive to become and synthesize into; the psychosynthesis framework then helps me foster the integration at the personality level and synthesis, both personal and spiritual.

The answers don't lie in the stars, or in the Tarot, but in your ability to access your will and deepest self to achieve wholeness and reach your goals.

One of my observations over the years as an astrologer/tarot reader and also and more importantly in my own life is that, beyond the promises, gifts or the potential challenges that Tarot or Astrology may indicate for a person, the person must be able to seize the opportunities and the humility to recognize the shadowy areas of their personality in order to bring them to light, own them and master them.

Until you experience your self you cannot be born into your self.

My successes and those of my clients are attributable to the knowing that comes from insight ( through the astrology and tarot perspective) combined with resolute action stemming from their inner work which is required to change what needs to be changed to seize opportunities or avoid pitfalls. In short, self-mastery through the psychosynthesis guidance.

But I have realized that many of my clients get stuck or even hooked at and on the insight level and need support in order to be in mastery of themselves to benefit from the promises of their celestial contract or Tarot messages.

Many have told me that even though they have seen numerous gifted Tarot readers and astrologers, they cannot overcome character traits which stand in their way of leading the life they want or achieve the promises revealed to them. Many have spent a fortune in self-training and still feel like they can't get past their personality wounds and blocks. Most look for hope in the cards and in the sky, yet long to trust their own intuition and have the confidence to step fully into their potential.

There is no room for magical thinking in personal growth and the desire for real change.

Constant and conscious effort is required.

I have been staring at my own astrological chart and its promises and pitfalls for decades, but it is through inner work and applying Jungian and psychosynthesis practices that has helped me move beyond the stuckness in my relationship to myself and others, my place in the world and own my destiny and tap into the promises of my natal chart and the wisdom of the Tarot.

I'm experiencing less inner conflicts and when I do experience disconnection, anxiety or loss of meaning, I now have the tools to circumvent them.

This has allowed me to feel more at peace with myself and live a fuller life because I am able to identify my limiting thoughts and beliefs. The very same ones that are described in the cards and in the natal chart. This frees me and my potential. I have access now to more joy.

Because of psychosynthesis techniques and inner work, I can be me and live harmoniously with others.
